Perhaps you bought your domain with godaddy, bluehost or any other domain registrar. You’re probably thinking “how will it work with Overmill?” Well, its quite simple, most domain registrars allow you to manage your dns settings. You’ll need to look for the nameserver section and input the following into 2 separate fields
Nameserver 1: aron.ns.cloudflare.com
Nameserver 2: elmo.ns.cloudflare.com
Once you’re done, get in touch with us to complete the domain setup. If we’re unreachable via mobile, send us an email and your domain will be active within 1 hour.
Domains can take up to 48 hours to resolve, this means that you may be unable to edit your website with our services until then. You’ll need to clear your browser cache before proceeding to edit your website.
Some internet providers take a while to clear the cache on your ip, as such, this add to the wait time for editing. Flow seems to have the fastest cache clear rate while Digicel has the worst.
You’ll also need to add your domain within the hosting panel. To do this, login to the hosting panel and click on domain setup > add new > enter your domain name > click create.
Congrats, your domain is setup to work with Overmill hosting.
